Our summer menu features fresh, local, seasonal and unprocessed ingredients wherever possible. At Provisions we are all about supporting local businesses. We proudly use Royalburn Station’s free-range eggs, lamb & salad leaves. Also, Gibbston microgreens, European Bakery, Neat Meat, Altitude Brewery and Stir Tea to name a few.
