Our Summer menu features fresh, local, seasonal and unprocessed ingredients wherever possible. At Provisions we are all about supporting local businesses. We are growing our own micro greens and proudly use Royalburn Station’s free-range eggs and lamb. Also, European Bakery, Neat Meat, Altitude Brewery and Stir Tea to name a few. Our menu also caters to a wide variety of dietary requirements.
